State League – Croydon 36’s

Maroondah Volleyball has state league teams under the name of Croydon 36’s since 2014. In 2018 we will continue with the Croydon 36’s, before renaming the state league club in 2019 as part of our move to the new HE Parker Multi Sports Stadium in Heathmont (under construction in 2018).

Training is conducted on Thursday nights. Our pre-season training started in October 2017. Pre-season training is open to anyone who registers and meets the values of the association: Respect, Dedication, Community, Teamwork and Fun.  Season based Training (from February 2018) is undertaken as a closed training session for those in the state league teams or by invitation only.

2018 Pre-Season Training/Try-outs:

  • Tuesday 23rd January – 7pm – 9pm at AuquHub, Croydon
  • Thursday 25th January – 8pm – 10pm at AquaHub, Croydon
  • Thursday 1st February – 8:15pm – 10pm at Aquahub, Croydon

The cost of these sessions is free, you only need to attend one session to try out, however you are encouraged to attend two or three sessions. It is a great chance to also get some volleyball training and get to know other players and coaches.
